Some states and courts require clients to have an alcohol and drug assessment for offenses such as DUI, UAC, Domestic Violence, Drug Charge, and so forth. A face-to-face interview includes written and verbal evaluation covering areas of health, employment, education, family, marital, social and substance abuse history. The assessments vary in length from forty-five minutes or longer. Also the fee varies as to the length of sessions. The client must make an appointment.
